To be eligible for a return and full refund, the product must be returned within 60 days of delivery and must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original components, accessories, and packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, user manuals, cables, cases, and any other items originally included with your order. Returns that are incomplete, damaged, or missing original components may be subject to a partial refund or may be declined.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay or prevent processing your return.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection, though additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was received. In cases where a product arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
